Managed directly by Tiziana, the Azienda Agricola Podere Costarella is specialized in the production of extra virgin olive oil. For the guests of the farm, the farm organizes oil tastings, visits to the oil mill and the fields.
We organize delicious breakfasts or dinners at km 0 reserved for guests of Podere Costarella. Inside the Parade, a charming rustic-style restaurant, guests can taste the typical dishes of local cuisine, prepared with products from local farms according to traditional Tuscan recipes. For couples with young children we offer the opportunity to dine in a romantic atmosphere and in absolute tranquility, thanks to a transceiver that supervises the little one who sleeps in the next room. Reservations are required for breakfast or dinner with us.
The swimming pool, immersed in the cool of the pine forest, offers moments of absolute tranquility to those staying at Podere Costarella. Around the house, dating back to 1756, a large lawn and a pine forest build a magnificent picture of silence and calm, where the pool is set. Located on the coast of a hill overlooking the valley, the infinity pool offers guests a unique and evocative view of the Tuscan countryside. The wooden solarium, the shade of the pine forest, a sunbath will make a stay at Podere Costarella unforgettable. The swimming pool is open from May to September.

The Azienda Agricola Podere Costarella produces organic extra virgin olive oil, which you can taste and buy. We invite you, while visiting our olive grove and the oil mill, to notice the wild plants that gently surround the feet of our trees. We take care of our olive trees without the use of pesticides, so that from their fruits comes a golden, genuine and organic oil. We attach great importance to respecting the balance of nature and the completely natural production of oil.
